Visit our FREE holiday exhibition, Constructing Play: Classic Building Toys, then join us for a fun family activity. With three different workshops presented on Saturdays (1:00-2:30pm) throughout the run of the exhibition, there's something for everyone!

• Dec 06 - Be a K'Nex Architect - Become an architect for the day! Learn to draw blueprints, design an amazing syscraper, build a model, and work together to assemble your towers into an exciting cityscape - all using PA-designed K'Nex building toys.
• Dec 13 - Sticklet Structures - Investigate geometry, learn how structures stay standing, and use your imagination to design your own inspirational tower to the sky. This workshop will feature Sticklets, another creative toy designed by a local Philly inventor.
• Dec 20 - Be a K'Nex Architect - Become an architect for the day! Learn to draw blueprints, design an amazing syscraper, build a model, and work together to assemble your towers into an exciting cityscape - all using PA-designed K'Nex building toys.
• Jan 03 - Be a K'Nex Architect - Become an architect for the day! Learn to draw blueprints, design an amazing syscraper, build a model, and work together to assemble your towers into an exciting cityscape - all using PA-designed K'Nex building toys.
• Jan 10 - Upcycled City - Build the eco-city of tomorrow! Using ingenuity and creativity, design and build your own unique, earth-friendly building and plan a recycled city out of everyday household items. You'll also learn about architects who reuse materials to create real buildings.
• Jan 17 - Sticklet Structures - Investigate geometry, learn how structures stay standing, and use your imagination to design your own inspirational tower to the sky. This workshop will feature Sticklets, another creative toy designed by a local Philly inventor.

Early Registration: $15 per child - one FREE adult admission per child
Week-Of Registration: $20 per child - one FREE adult admission per child

Each workshop is limited to 24 children. These workshops are appropriate for grades 2-6. If you have children 6 years old or younger, they can enjoy our free exhibition and some unstructured build time with our hands-on maker stations at no cost - no ticket neccesary!
