ABOUT ABOUT

Philadelphia University College of Architecture and the Built Environment (C_ABE) students will share their journey of the play space design process for Rhodes Elementary School with assistance from Christopher Kircher, AIA of Metcalfe Architecture & Design and designers from Playworld.

Join us to discuss the benefits of free play; multi-level collaboration with our community, students, teachers, and parents of Rhodes Elementary; and the process that ensues. Through the creation of a park-like playscape, students will provide conceptual plans for running, climbing and gathering to encourage physical and intellectual growth. Come share in the process and help promote this student led project so we can build a playground for Rhodes Elementary School.

5:30-6:00pm | Pre Reception
6:00-7:15pm | Presentation + Questions
7:15-8:00pm | Post Reception
