2 Dates Through Dec 07, 2013

ABOUT ABOUT

REGISTRATION REQUIRED - http://PhiladelphiaCFA.TIcketLeap.com

Play is a child's work and toys are the tools of their trade. How can parents make the most of the toys they provide for their children? Come shop the AIA Bookstore's curated collection of creative toys (located at the front of the Center for Architecture) then attend this FREE 1-hour presentation to answer questions such as:

  • What makes a good toy?
  • What toys are apporpriate for my child's age?
  • Is this toy worth the investment?
  • Is this toy safe?
  • What toys would be great for my child?

This program is presented by the Philadelphia Center for Architecture in collaboration with the Please Touch Museum and will be led by Stacey Swigart, Director of Collection at the Please Touch Museum

ALSO - check out our fun Family Workshops being held on Saturdays (@ 1-2:30pm) throughout the run of our FREE exhibition - "Constructing Play: Classic Building Toys" (November 29 - January 30). Register for workshops online: PhiladelphiaCFA.TicketLeap.org/ConstructingPlay
