Come celebrate public space and public art at our annual PARK(ing) Day After Party! Join us to meet the creative PARK(ing) Day teams and to snack on food, share drinks, dance to music, and to find out the 2016 winners of the highly coveted Golden Cone Awards.
We're also excited to learn about the wildly popular Parking Meter Murals project on 52nd Street from Akeem Dixon, Director of Economic Development for the New Kensignton Community Development Corporation (and former Commercial Corridor Manager for The Enterprise Center). The mural project, which employed eight artists to transform standard meters into festive works of art, was managed by the Enterprise Center in collabration with Philadelphia LISC and Small But Mighty Arts.
Tickets are FREE for PARK(ing) Day team members and only $8 for the general public.
